The Sunshine Library is one of the five branch libraries of the Brimbank City Council. The library is located about 25km away from the Melbourne city. The new Sunshine library is located over the first two floors of the Brimbank Community and Civic Centre. The library features a large reading room, quiet study areas, gaming area, and a wi-fi lounge.

This library has a wide range of print and digital collections, including books and e-books, magazines, DVDs, CDs, comics and manga, toys and more. The popular collections include Learning English, community languages, school textbooks and PlayStation 4 games. It is a busy library with over 400 visitors every day. The library operates from 09.30am to 08.00pm on Monday – Friday, 10.00am – 05.00pm on Saturday; and 01.00pm – 05.00pm on Sunday.
